BigBurgh app platform privacy statement

The BigBurgh platform webapps and apps provide a free guide to social services for the homeless and others in need and have no user sign-in or registration system. The webapps — BigBurgh.com, LouieConnect.com and CVIHelp.com (and associated CVIHelp apps) — do not collect personally identifiable information beyond coarse location unless you submit an email in which you opt to provide us your location so service providers can find you to provide help. While using the webapps, and after you approve, your precise location is used by the webapps to order services by distance. We do collect data on the webapps’ usage, including pages viewed and any associated demographics provided by a user’s (optional) FOR YOU dial selection (gender, general age, family or vet status), which the webapp uses to filter results and which we use internally to improve the app and to help service providers understand which services are most in need. No data on webapp usage is ever used for the purposes of marketing to users.
